Guidelines & Policies

Party Guidelines and Policies

  • Packages and attractions MUST be chosen upon booking.
  • We recommend booking a minimum of 2 weeks in advance.
  • A $50 deposit must be received upon booking, except the Ultimate party which is a $75 deposit (Cash, Check or Charge).
  • On the date of your party, a 10% gratuity will be added to your final bill. If on the date of your party, you are dissatisfied with the service you received, you can ask to speak with a Party Manager about the specific issues you experienced. Based on your feedback we will evaluate the gratuity added to your bill.
  • Personal checks will NOT be accepted for final payment.
  • Substitutions are not allowed with the exception of inclement weather.
  • Due to events that have been scheduled in advance, times cannot be changed on the day of your party. Please be prompt.
  • Due to unforeseen circumstances or delays we may reserve the right to change or substitute the scheduled order of events.
  • Confirmations must be made 4 days in advance to guarantee the correct number of hostesses, cakes and tables. One Host per 20 children.
  • Arrive 15 minutes before guests.
  • Party table and hostesses are yours for first 1 hour 30 mins. of the party.
  • Seating is for the children. We will try to accommodate the adults, but no guarantees!
  • Other than a special cake, no outside food is permitted; an additional dis counted food menu is available on the day of your party. All catering items must be purchased at least a week in advance. Once orders have been placed, they cannot be cancelled.
  • All unlimited activities included in the package chosen are for the party time period only. The attractions that are chosen are not exclusive to the party. There will be other parties and guests using the activities.
  • Height and age restrictions of each attraction apply to every party child.
  • Fall/Winter parties are available to be booked Mon-Fri from 4 pm - 6:30 pm and Sat & Sun from 10 am - 6:30 pm every 15 minutes, however, times will vary depending on the package chosen. The last party time we do for an Ultimate party Sunday-Thursday can start no later than 6pm.
  • On the day of your party we bag any coats that your guests bring with them. During your party, they are locked away in the party office until your departure. At that time, only the party parents are able to retrieve the bag of jackets. We also have a coat check available during the winter months if you do not wish for them to be bagged. We do not recommend leaving any belongings at the party table.
  • We will bag your presents for you to open at home.
  • All information is subjected to change and availability.

LATE POLICY

Q. What if you are up to 30 minutes late?

A. The party will continue as planned (this includes any scheduled attraction times and eating). The party time will not be extended. If you do not wish to use the attraction time schedules then tickets or complimentary passes may be given for guests to use at their leisure.

Q. What if you are 30 to 45 minutes late?

A. There are two options. One, the party can continue, in which case everything must go on as planned. If scheduled events have missed we will do our best to schedule a new time slot. However, if the schedule does not allow for a new time slot then tickets or complimentary passes will be given for your guests to use at their leisure. The hostess & party table are only available for 1 1/2 hours from the original scheduled time.

Once the children are done eating their pizza & hot dogs additional food must be purchased through the cafe. It can be brought up to the party table if time permits. The second option you have is to cancel the party, in which case a gift certificate will be issued for the amount of the deposit left. You may use the gift certificate to purchase activities through the party office at our regular rates. If you chose to upgrade your cake, and you need to cancel, you must purchase your cake.

Q. What if your guests are up to 30 minutes late?

Any guests that arrive after the children have finished eating their pizza & hotdogs will not be signed in. Additional food can be purchased for them through the cafe and can be brought to the party table if time permits. Additional attraction add-ons can also be purchased for them.

Q. What if you have less than 10 children up to 30 minutes into the party?

A. You have two options. One, you can continue the party as planned, however, there is a minimum of 10 that must be paid for. You will receive all additional items for the guests who did not show. The second option you have is to cancel the party, in which case a gift certificate will be issued for the amount of the deposit left. You may use the gift certificate to purchase activities through our party office at our regular rates. If you chose to upgrade your cake, and you need to cancel, you must purchase your cake.
