We’re looking forward to seeing you at The Funplex! Here’s some information guests often ask about, to help you enjoy your visit even more.

How much is admission to The Funplex? Do you accept credit cards? Do you have an A.T.M. machine? What age is The Funplex geared toward? What are your hours? Where do I get tokens? Can I drop my children and leave? Where can I get change? Do you have all day passes? When do you start the rides? Can I bring food from outside? Can I use tokens for the attractions? How much is admission to The Funplex?

There is no admission fee. Guests may purchase tickets or one of our unlimited wristbands for the attractions they wish to participate in.

Do you accept credit cards?

We accept American Express, Visa and MasterCard

Do you have an A.T.M. machine?

We do not. However, anything we offer may be purchased with a credit or debit card (Amex, Visa, MasterCard). Also, with any debit purchase we offer cash back (up to $50).

What age is The Funplex geared toward?

The Funplex has rides and attractions for ages 4 and up. *Please Note: Limited Attractions for Children under 4.

What are your hours?

Where do I get tokens?

We have four token machines placed throughout the game floor that accept quarters, ones, fives, tens, and twenties. Tokens may also be purchased at our front desk in 5 dollar bags with cash, credit cards, debit cards, or gift cards.

Can I drop my children and leave?

We prefer all minors be accompanied by adults, but if a special situation occurs, please bring it to a manager’s attention.

Where can I get change?

You can get change at the Front Desk from any of our cashiers.

Do you have all day passes?

Yes — wristbands include unlimited attractions for the whole day. See our Pricing and Specials page »

When do you start the rides?

After you purchase a ticket or wristband, you will hand in your ticket or show your wristband to the ride attendant. He/She will take care of the rest.

Can I bring food from outside?

No, however a special cake is allowed for walk-in birthday parties.

Can I use tokens for the attractions?

No, tokens are only used for the video and redemption games.

Can I purchase tickets in advance?

Yes, tickets for our wristbands may be purchased in advance.  You must bring the credit card used for your purchase as well as ID matching the name on the credit card; online purchases will not be honored without this item. See our Pricing and Specials page »
